Phibsʼ signature is his intricate, almost stencil-like, delineated lines and ʻcut-backʼ methods, his work is visibly influenced by the art and mythology of many cultures, both ancient and modern. Highly regarded amongst his peers, he continues to exhibit in Melbourne and interstate galleries, and has been represented at numerous festivals throughout the country.
